NO RESERVE I purchased this 2009 BMW 335i on eBay in May 2013 shortly before moving to Tucson, Arizona from California. It has been a pleasure to drive over the last two years in the dry desert climate. The car is in great condition, and I have had no major issues with it. I have taken the car in for routine maintenance (both at the dealer and a local reputable BMW shop) and have kept it clean--no food or smoking inside. The leather is in great condition overall, and the air conditioning works well and is cold. I have kept all of the maintenance records. This car has numerous advantages over some others you may see on eBay or elsewhere, including: VERY LOW MILES -- 32,988 as of the date of this posting. I replaced the factory suspension with a BILSTEIN B12 PERFORMANCE PRO-KIT and dropped the car down by about half an inch. I still have the original factory suspension (minus one control arm) that I am willing to INCLUDE with the sale of the car (buyer pays shipping). I replaced the factory run-flat tires with Hankook V12 Ventus performance tires from Discount Tire. The installed tires are covered by Discount Tire's warranty, which I believe is transferable. The Hankook tires have only about 12,000 miles on them. I still have the original run-flat tires (with about 20,000 miles on them) that I am wiling to INCLUDE with the sale of the car (buyer pays shipping). I purchased an extended "maximum care" WARRANTY through MOPAR (reputable warranty company) that is fully transferable to the next owner. The warranty expires on May 29, 2016 or 50,000 miles, whichever happens first. In addition to eBay's policies, the warranty should provide additional peace of mind. I replaced the yellow side reflectors with clear ones (see pictures).
