Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is my 1966 Pontiac GTO. Car is PHS certified a real GTO. Z Code car built in Freemont California in March of 1966. The car has a NOM 389 motor with Muncie M-21 4 speed transmission. The engine was rebuilt before I purchased the car and has approximately 10,000 miles on it with roller rockers and a mild cam. The transmission was completely rebuilt with all NOS factory GM gears done at a professional shop. A completely restored concourse correct factory triple carb setup with original manifold has been installed with all correct carb tags. A lot of power and dialed in perfect. There is a new clutch, new Eaton 3.9 Posi rear. The brakes are power assisted drums completely rebuilt with new pistons, new brake lines, etc.The car has been completely rewired with a factory wiring harness from Ames performance, all new bushings, all lights work. The car is a non a/c car, factory defrost works, wipers work. The car was ordered with the rally dash instead of the factory repro dash tach from Ames performance that replaced the clock. The car has factory style ram air, ceramic coated headers, dual exhaust with twin mag mufflers. All glass is good, and the interior is very nice with no rips or tears. Car has Boyd Coddington 17 x 7 front and 17 x 8 rear magneato rims with BF Goodrich Z rated rubber (less than 1000 miles on them) new wiring harness for engine, power steering. The car had very little rust and was reportedly taken down to bare metal before I purchased it and it was painted GM platinum. New parking brake cables. The chrome is nice but not perfect. Car has an aftermarket Kenwood CD player. Overall the car runs great and is very fast. Peels out at 60 if you give it the gas. All work done professionally with receipts. Clear Florida title. Also comes with car cover. The only issues are the air shocks have a slow leak over the course of about a week, but can be adjusted with any air compressor or at a gas station, and the front large tires rub a little if you make a strong uphill turn. Can be easily modified with suspension adjustment or smaller rims. Winning bidder to pay via paypal $500.00 within 48 hours of auction close, the rest due in cash or cashiers check before car is picked up with a grace period for cashiers check to clear. Thanks, please contact me through ebay for any additional questions. On Oct-23-15 at 20:12:57 PDT, seller added the following information: Vehicle has been valued by American Collectors Auto Insurance at $47,500.00.On Oct-23-15 at 20:17:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Correction vehicle valued at $47,300.00.
