I'm selling my 1964 Volvo 544, it was not driven and garaged in CA for the past 24 years until I bought it over a year ago. I don't believe it has rust being a CA car all it's life and being left in someone's garage. I've spend over 6000 getting it running and I'm out of money and it still needs to be restored. It does run and drive but could use some more work. Work I've had done is:rebuilt carbsnew brakes including master cylindernew tiresall new hoses and gas tank cleaned outtune up and oil changerebuilt heater corenew ignition as old one was sticking onnew batterycompletely rewired carnew head lightsnew wiper motornew fuel pumpnew valve cover gasketnew door and trunk sealsnew starterheater core rebuiltI have all receipts for work I've had done. It still kinda runs rough and is a cold car (needs heating up). Needs someone who knows how to tinker with an old car. It's a really cool car that you don't see much anymore and would be really great restored.This is the original paint and I don't believe there is any rust on this car.May remove listing at any time as am selling locally also.
