Up for sale is a beautiful 2014 BMW M5. The vehicle is well equipped with just about every option. I would classify it as great condition. The tblack Merino leather and alcantara interior is a 10/10. No wear that I can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. The previous owner took very good care of it, and it has been meticulously driven by me for a little while, now without any issues whatsoever. The car is absolutely mechanically sound. Oil has been changed about 1,000 miles ago (synthetic 10w-60s oil - BMW M cars require this thicker type of oil). A/C was just recharged. Tires are in good condition and have considerable tread remaining (Pirelli PZero Summer Performance Tires - stock sizes with the rear being wider than the front). Vehicle sounds great, has plenty of power, shifts smoothly, and demonstrates everything you'd expect from the M5 and a Dual Clutch Transmission. The car is completely ready to get in and drive; no service lights, or anything of the sort. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a Rebuilt title.The vehicle has never been in an accident, or anything of the sort. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, and I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, or my highly trained staff. In this particular vehicle, all damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interior passenger cabin. The water was fresh water, not salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. We ended up needing to replace two pistons and two connecting rods in the engine. The work done was completed by myself at my repair shop with brand new BMW OEM parts. We obviously changed the oil, oil filter, cabin filter, the air filter, and all spark plugs, as well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As a precaution, we changed all other fluids in the car (though, we found no water in anything but the engine).
