Over 110 clear pictures and no extra fees in my auction. I am selling my 1980 Buick Riviera 2 door hardtop with only 15,188 original miles. This is the E body used for Buick Riviera, Cadillac Eldorado and Oldsmobile Toronado. The car runs and drives like it just drove off the showroom floor. The car has the 305 cubic inch V8 motor that runs as new. The transmission shifts like brand new also. The brakes are working super. The suspension is just as you would expect from a 15,000 mile example. The tires have great tread and I believe they are over 15 years old so they do show some dryness. The battery is fine. I have put over 100 miles on this car this month and it was fantastic in every way. The car has lots of power, is smooth and percise. The car has been kept up very nice. The heater works great. The r134 air conditioning blows 34 f out the vents on a 71 f day. The car gets so many positive looks and the thumbs up! The body is in fantastic condition. No evidence of an accident or prior damage to this vehicle is evident. One door ding on the passenger side door down low with no paint damage. Some small chips on the drivers door by the handle that have been brush touched. The paint shines nice and shows very well. The chrome is bright and shiney. I belive the hood has been painted and it was done right. The vinyl top is original brand new condition. It is soft and not shrinking. The lights in the, "R" emblem illuminate. Under the doors, under the trunk lid are nice and clean. The window seal from the drivers side window to the quarter side window is in need of replacment. The interior is excellent with only 2 items to mention. The plastic wood trim on the steering wheel has a crack and chip on the left side from age. The drivers side seat back boulster has some marks from entering and exiting the car. The headliner is holding up just fine. The glass is crystal clear. The dash and back dash are spotless. The car has an aftermarket Radio from the 80's that works properly. I don't have the original radio. The power antenna works. There is a button to the right of the steering wheel column that is now the horn button added along the way. ALL power features work. Power windows, locks, antenna, horn, defrost, seat, wipers, lights and radio all work. The cruise control works just as it should. The bottom of the car is nice and dry. No cover up or undercoating on this 35 year old Buick. The car has been stored for 35 years and used very little but I would trust this car to drive across the Country. The car was used as transportation on rare occasions until sold in an estate sale a few years back. The second owner made a deal on a trade in and the car went to auction where I purchased the car. I have enjoyed the car and am ready to sell it on. This Riviera should be taken to a museum quality show car. It truly is one of the lowest miles examples left. A car is only original once they say. The car has been filmed, and parked in my heated warehouse where it will stay until picked up. I have the owners manual, brouchure and 2 keys. Buyers from outside USA are very welcome.
