2002 VW Jetta GLS TDI, manual 5-speed, with coveted 1.9 ALH diesel engine. 179,400 miles, with many more ahead on this workhorse engine; clear title in hand. Reliably gets 45-50 mpg on highway. Interior good, with appropriate wear for a car of its age. No tears in seats/upholstery or the headliner. Seats have some slight discoloring due to wear, but no tears. Center armrest lid hinge is broken. All electric windows are working. Upgraded Monsoon stereo with cassette player. Draw-Tite tow receiver and hitch, working wiring cable. Car was used for light towing two or three times, at well under recommended max weight. Tires have some life left, maybe 6 mos. to one year depending on driving habits. Body is in good condition, with some light rust on bottom leading edge of wheel wells. Rear bumper cover has minor paint chipping (see photos). Most repair/maintenance records are available. No check engine light or other instrumental panel lights are on. Last timing belt change was at 80,000 miles. Oil was changed at recommended intervals with synthetic, CG-4 rated and oil according to VW specifications. Includes both original keys and owner's manual.
