1980 PORSCHE 911SC European Delivery This Porsche just came out of long term ownershipIt is a great car that needs cosmetic work to be perfectI have service records dating back to 1997. MORE PHOTOS BELOW DESCRIPTION Mechanicals: The Original engine has recently had major work done- due to the previous owner having knee surgery shortly after, he did not get to enjoy it. the rebuild consisted of front and rear main seals, Carrera tensioner kit, new oil lines, cv boots, spark plugs... In 2003 it had a new clutch installed, pilot bearing, cv joints and more.The car does not smoke, misfire, or have any abnormal noises. It pulls very hard, and gear shifts are crisp. The clutch lets out almost immediately and you can tell it has little wear. Interior: The interior is all in tact and in decent shape, the seats appear to have no tears or rips. although I think they have bee re-covered in unoriginal material at one point. as well as the back seats. There are some vinyl pieces that are coming undone from the glue in areas. the headliner looks to have been re done at one point and is in great shape, the dash has a crack as pictured. all gauges seem to work and all lights/ turn signals. The odometer shows about 116,400 miles, after looking at service records- the odometer appears to be stuck/inoperable. the previous over stated driving about 5,000 miles in his ownership. It would be safe to assume the mileage is around 120-125k Exterior: The exterior has been painted by an amateur and is drivers quality at best. The hood is dull, and in my opinion it needs paint eventually. the body is straight for the most part with only a very small isolated spot of rust in the passenger side door jamb as pictured, NO rust anywhere else I could find. The drives side door doesn't quite shut right, No accidents are evident, It may just need adjusting. the underside is rock solid with no rust, as well as the front hood/spare tire area. overall a great car to make perfect with cosmetic work!I have a clean title, and Will ship world wide.
