1971 Triumph Bonneville

Triumph Bonneville. On Sep-30-15 at 09:54:56 PDT, seller added the following information: 71 Triumph Bonneville. T120R. This bike was bought in 1986 and ridden by me and me only until 4 years ago when I rode it into the garage after my son was born. It's sat there since. It will need fluids changed and some shining, but it's a good running bike. What's not original that I know: Seat Front fork tubes are 2" over standard length. exhaust is setup with two shorty mufflers One bolt on a rocker box was stripped in the head, I put in a 1/4-20 heli coil and a matching bolt stainless to stop the leak at the rocker box. front sprocket was originally 19 tooth and I put on a 20 to make the rpms lower on the highway, as I drove on long trips with this bike. This is a strong running engine that doesn't burn oil, or smoke. Starts first kick when running. Slight leak at primary case, probably needs a new gasket as case is good. I will add more pics before the auction ends. On Sep-30-15 at 11:23:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Mileage is about 22K miles mostly done by me. I think the bike had 3K when I bought it. I think there are pics of the Speedo and tach. All instruments are original and working. All lights work and lucas electronics work well. I didn't have the Prince of Darkness issues with this bike.
