1974 Morris Mini 1275cc This is a true British car in every way, but is legally registered in the US so you have no issues registering/insuring it here. No import hassles or re-VIN problems. This car is COMPLETE, drives very strong, and NEEDS NOTHING. This is not a fixer-upper. This is ready to go immediately with no work needed. You could daily drive this badboy if you were so inclined. I have always kept it garaged. I never drove it in the winter, and only a few times even in the rain. This has been well taken care of and well loved. This is a daily-driveable car that also has won 1st place in its class at several shows Here are the Specs: Motor: 1275cc Motor with HIF 44SU Carb. This car originally had the smaller motor (998cc, I believe), but it had a 1275 transplanted and tuned by a Mini specialist in MA before my purchase. The 1275 is a powerful motor and lets you cruise on the highway no problem (also due to the 2.9 final drive: see next line item). Gearbox: Original 4 speed manual gearbox with 2.9 final drive (more than capable on the highway, and still very quick off the start) Drive: True original British right-hand drive Body: Tahiti Blue body and interior with White roof Sportpak Wheel Arches Interior: Original centre binnacle and dashboard. I kept its original simplicty and beauty! Original black seats Upgraded carpet Wheels: 12" Mini Light rims (maximum size you can fit without cutting the body) Brakes: Front disc conversion, Rear drums Suspension: Cone suspension (as originally fitted. Handles like its on rails!)
