As noted it is mostly all original and has never been restored, One of the former owners kept diligent records from about 50,000 miles in 1989 ending with 160,000 miles in 2005. There are over (400) entries regarding fuel purchases and over (90) maintenance entries. Clearly this was a well cared for and maintained jeep. The interior is exceptional showing very little wear and no tears or discoloration of the leather interior. There is a little potential minor paint bubbling in three places on the side panels. We have attempted to show these in the pictures, The frame shows little to no rust and appears very, very solid. This has been a Southern vehicle it's whole life. The tires are relatively new and look great especially on the original factory rims. The Jeep is equipped with a manual (5) speed transmission and it shifts through all gears including reverse with no issues whatsoever. Some background on us; we are a Motor Sport Dealer in a small Central Arkansas town. We have agreed to sell under consignment for a limited number of customers their motor vehicles. We think this is a really great and unique vehicle and are happy to help the owner by advertising it on Ebay. One would be hard pressed to find an all original 1983 Jeep CJ7 Limited in such great condition. Any Jeep enthusiast knows that there were very few of these Jeep Limited produced and finding one in original condition that runs great is a fantastic opportunity.
