1991 Honda Nighthawk CB250. 11,429 miles. Clear Ohio title. Great starter bike or fuel efficient transportation. Inexpensive and easy to maintain. I purchased this in 2008 after taking the MSF course as my first bike. A couple years and about 9,000 miles later, I picked up another bike. The CB250 has pretty much just sat, except for being started every few months, and ridden occasionally. This bike has never been wrecked or dropped. It's no show bike, however. It does have a few chips in the paint, a little surface rust, and pitting. It looks a little better in photos than it does in person, in my opinion. It runs, shifts, and stops fine. All of the lights and indicators work. The front tire is in decent shape, but the rear will need replaced soon. The studs that hold the exhaust to the head have snapped off. This is a common problem on these bikes. I put it back together using some clamps and exhaust springs. It works great just like the exhaust on some 2 strokes. On 3/22/15, I changed the fork oil and engine oil, put in a new battery, and cleaned, lubed, and adjusted the chain. The photos were taken on the same date. The bike is still exactly the same, as it hasn't been ridden, but it has been started and run in the garage every couple of weeks. It comes with the original owner's manual, and third party repair manual. It also includes an aftermarket windscreen. I forgot to take a recent photo of it. The photo below that shows the screen is from a few years ago, but it's the same screen and same bike. Cash only. You're welcomed and encouraged to come out an take a look at it.
