This auction is for a MGA body with no powertrain. There is no warranty express or implied-vehicles are sold for parts or restoration-mileage unknown. We are an auction company in Ossipee, NH disposing of an estate per order of the Estate Administrator. The vehicle is located in Sanbornville, NH 03872 and can only be viewed by appointment. For an appointment call 603-539-5276. Payment must be within seven (7) days, vehicles must be picked up within ten (10) days from auction close unless other arrangements are made in advance. Some cars may not have tires that hold air or wheels. Buyer will be responsible for shipping, we cannot arrange shipping. There are no titles for any vehicles-Bill of Sale, Death Certificate and Copy of Executor Appointment will be given to buyer. We are not mechanics and cannot give opinions relative to conditions.
