Up for sale is a 1979 Suzuki GS550L. This motorcycle is perfect for a bobber project or to rebuild and fix up! I personally have never driven or heard this motorcycle run. The motorcycle is currently a non running bike. I can kick it over and it turns freely. I put a charger on it and the gauges light up, headlight turns on, blinkers work etc. The only light I noticed that didn't seem to work was the Tail light/brake light. Although the lights work at this time, i would not guarantee that it would not need work done to it. Also, when i push the start button it does not react, I'm not sure if this is a wiring issue, starter issue or some other issue. The motorcycle appears to be 99% complete but see pictures before bidding. When I purchased the motorcycle, this was what the ad stated:"Bike ran when parked several years ago, but it will require new battery and cleaning of tank and carbs in order to run."
