Up for sale is my 1965 Mercury Comet. Selling it to make room. The car is overall very solid. It will need the front floor pans for sure but otherwise very solid. I tried to take as many photos as I could of the soft floor areas- if anyone would like more just email me. I bought this car just as you see it. It does come with a few spare parts like a gas door, gauge cluster, and front bumper (rough). The car is bare bones- no engine, no transmission, no interior. It is a very solid project car....too nice to junk or part in my opinion...and it is a caliente 2 door hardtop. It originally would have come with a 289-4 speed. Clearly you can see someone started working on the car based on the primer in the engine compartment and different panel colors on the car but lost interest. The doors close like new. Windshield is cracked and the rest of the glass is ok not perfect. Anyone with specific questions can email me at jt1283@hotmail or call Jason 815-238-7503.
