You are bidding on a 1969 BMW 1600-2. This car is a true TIME CAPSULE. I recently purchased the car from it's second owner who has had the car in storage since 1989. The car is a complete car and is incredibly solid. When I purchased the car it was partially disassembled. At some point there was an accident that affected the front left panel. The car comes with the original panel as well as a replacement. When the car went into storage the distributor was removed. The motor ran when the when then car was first placed in storage. I seem to be missing one hubcap. The only spots that have rust that is more than surface are inside the wheel well in the trunk and under the bumper on the front. FANTASTIC PROJECT!!!
