1948 ford f-5 rat rod, custom bent frame, 7 inch kick up in front, 21 inch kick up in rear.cab is in very good solid condition, patches of cancer were cut out and replaced with real metal. 1972 international motor 258 big six with a 727 chrysler trans, banjo rear from 1947 pickup, motor has new timming chain, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, points, coil and fuel pump. also a new carter carb,..front axle is new.also rear and front leaf springs ,, along with the spindles, hubs, bearings and seals also brakes, wheel cylinders, king pins and brake lines. front brake hubs are from a 1964 buick 225..rear brakes and wheel cylinders are new as well..speedo and all gauges work. as well as the radio.. fresh oil and trans filters. This truck is a lot of fun to drive, I have about 800 miles on it since the build and no problems... it gets a lot of looks, and even took first place at the local car show in the rat rod category. The ostrich hide interior is just leather that has been pressed and died to look like ostrich, so no ostriches were actually harmed in the building of this ratrod.
