1970 Ford Mustang convertible in need of restoration. It has all parts and is not missing anything that I am aware of. It has rust issues in both quarters, rear trunk rails, front floor pans and lower door corners. I do have and will include most of the sheetmetal and panels needed to repair vehicle. These include a clean right side door, rear tail panel, front floor sheetmetal, complete front end assembly, trunk rear frame pieces for both sides. I will also include a mint condition complete front end which is shown in the photos. The car is a great project vehicle in that the chrome is not bubbled and is in very good condition. All windows anjd mechanisms are there and work. The dash is complete and has not been butchered. The engine and transmission (Optional 250cubic inch 6 cylinder 150 hp and C4 trans) is original to the car. The exterior was originally light green with white top. The power top mechanism and bows are all there but needs new top fabric. According to the Marti report there were only 8 Mustang convertibles made with this engine, trans, color and interior combination. The car steers and rolls around easily but does not run. All engine and under hood parts are intact. The mileage indicates just over 43,000 which could be original but cannot be verified as unfortunately the car sat outside for many years. for the last few years it has been stored in a dry warehouse on concrete floors. The car was last licensed and driven in 1992. I have a clean Idaho title in my name. The car also comes with the original Ford factory ignition and trunk keys. I will be happy to assist loading of a transport truck although shipping arrangements are the buyers responsibility. As with all used cars there is no warranty either expressed or implied on this vehicle. A $500 deposit is required through PayPal within 24hours of auction end with the balance to be paid within 7 calendar days.
