Vehicle Detail

Hello, I am selling my Aztec Green Pearl 1993 Honda Civic Si due to the fact that my teenage sons do not want to drive a manual as their first car. I am the original owner and only driver and purchased it new. It has never been smoked in. The car has never been in an accident and is rust free. It is protected by Ziebart rustproofing and inspected for rust by them annually. The car had two small rust spots above the rear wheel wells and these were repaired professionally at a cost of over $3000 (I have the receipts). The oil has been changed religiously every 3000 miles with Castrol oil and a WIX filter. The car has had no modifications and the only time a mechanic has been under the hood has been to perform routine scheduled maintenance. I have had no issues with the car and everything performs as it should. The interior looks factory new with no rips, tears, spots, etc.; the A/C still blows cold. I replaced the cassette radio last year with a new Kenwood Excelon KDC-X597 CD radio. At the same time, I also added a Viper security system. The car has a Rockford Fosgate amp and speakers in all four of the factory grills. The spare tire is new and has never been used. The paint is original (except where the rust repairs were made) with very minor nicks/scratches. The only imperfections on the body that I can see are two small dips in the roof rails, one behind the antenna and the other diagonally across; (it looks like soneone leaned on those areas and made a small indention); and the other is where a shopping cart bumped the lower front of the hood. I had the dealer install the following options when I purchased the car: center console; mud flaps; pin stripes; full front bra; block heater; wheel locks; all glass (which is still original) had been etched with the VIN# for security. I am also including four new Civic floor mats; a Civic service and electrical troubleshooting manual; and, an original bottle of touch-up paint. The following major maintenance has been performed by a local Honda dealer (I have the receipts):At 96,109 miles, all fluids (brake/coolant/transmission) were changed; all belts (timing/alternator/compressor/power steering) were changed; new spark plugs and fuel filter; new water pump; new head cover gasket; and, the valves were adjusted (major scheduled service). At 97,271 miles, a new Honda muffler was installed. At 102,450 miles, a new Honda clutch, bearings, master and slave cylinder were installed. The front brakes were replaced at 94,452 miles and the rear brakes were replaced at 104,331 miles. The tires were replaced at 84,145 miles with Pirelli Cinturato P3000s (85,000 mile tread life). The car runs excellent with it's 1.6 L single-overhead cam D16Z6 VTEC engine and 5-speed transmission. The moonroof operates flawlessly. Clean title. On Aug-24-15 at 18:25:18 PDT, seller added the following information: The majority of the miles driven on this car (75%) have been highway miles. The car uses regular gas, not premium like the newer models. On Aug-27-15 at 16:52:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I keep getting asked if I would store the car for a short time after the auction ends while the winning bidder arranges for transportation; I have no problem accommodating this request. The car is stored in my garage and I understand transportation arrangements can take a little time.I also want to reiterate that the car, although in great condition for its age, is still a used car that is driven occasionally; it is not a perfect 10 or a "trailer queen" as someone asked. I welcome and encourage you to inspect and drive it to insure that it meets your expectations. If there is a particular photo of the car that you want me to take, I will be more than happy to honor your request. I just want you to be a satisfied and informed bidder. Best regards.
