The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful Looking 2008 Lexus RX400h AWD with 121,204 miles. This SUV comes equipped with lots of features including the Navigation System, Back-Up Camera, All-Wheel-Drive, Heated Seats, Power Sunroof, Premium Sound System, Power Rear Hatch, and lots of other equipment. Everything in this vehicle has been checked, tested and is operating properly. There has been only one owner since new, and the vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. I believe all of the paint on this Lexus is original. We have all of the original keys/remotes, all of the glove box owner manuals, the full set of floor mats, and the rear cargo cover/shade. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this Lexus runs and drives flawlessly. The engine and Hybrid system runs flawlessly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the All-Wheel-Drive system operates properly. All suspension and steering components are tight. The timing belt was replaced by Lexus at 99,903 miles. The tires are still showing very good tread and the brake pads are in great condition. The oil & filter and the air filter were changed last week. This Lexus is ready for immediately pickup without any service or maintenance concerns. This Lexus has a beautiful looking exterior. There are only some stone nicks or minor imperfections. The “Classic Silver Metallic” paint is lustrous and super glossy over the entire body. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is in also very clean. The alloy wheels are bright and clean. The interior has been well maintained and is in terrific condition. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The seats and carpeting throughout this RX400h are in terrific condition with only minor wear on the driver side. The rear door panel armrests have some vinyl perforations, but all other interior trim is intact, tight and in excellent condition. The owner was a non-smoker, and there aren’t odors of any kind inside this vehicle. We have the clear title in hand. This is a gorgeous Lexus that runs beautifully, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this RX400h anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
