I purchased this vehicle from Union City Nissan here in Georgia back in December of 2008. We are the second owner. This was my wife's daily driver till she purchased a new car in Aug. 2013. We've had no issues with the car and are selling it because it just sits. Our intentions were to keep the car as a spare but we just never drive it. I like driving it to work now and then because it is fun to drive and it feels like a sports car! Our last Nissan Maxima lasted for 340,000 miles! Maintenance has always been a priority with us. I changed the oil every 3,000, miles (or close to it) and used Valvoline oil when it was new. I started using Mobil 1 Synthetic 5 W 30 a couple of years ago and now change the oil every 5,000 miles or close to it. The tires were replaced 8/24/2011, (ODM was at 96628 miles) along with a front end alignment at Good Year. The tires are Good Year Eagle RS-A. They have 51,372 miles on them and can probably go another 10,000 miles (Just guessing). The oil filter adapter O ring started leaking and was replaced in Aug. 2008. There are no leaks what so ever under the car. Nissan serviced the Transmission and replaced the accessory belts on 4/25/2011. We had the windshield replaced on 9/19/2010. We have kept a copy of almost all of the maintenance records for this car. I just changed the oil a couple of weeks ago and did notice the accessory belt has some minor cracking and will need to be replaced by the next service. The paint is thinning on the top of the car and around the trunk opening. There are minor rock chips in the front of the car. One minor ding in the hood, (drivers side) not sure if it is noticeable in the pictures. The sunglass compartment/overhead console has a broken hinge, (not noticeable when closed), the 3 on the radio, (Radio Preset) will fall off the radio when you clean it. I think the little tab that holds it on has broken off. The A/C doesn't feel like it blows as cold as it could but still blows cold. The front brakes are in good condition. I replaced them with Wagner pads and Bosh rotors on 6/21/12 and they should last about 8,000 more miles or so depending on how you drive. There is no body damage on this vehicle and none repaired while I've owned it. The sun roof is the panorama view and is the kind that does not open. We are non smokers - and there is no funny smells in the car. We don't use weird air freshener. The cabin filter was cleaned out with compressed air about a month ago. It was in good condition. This will make a great car for someone needing dependable transportation at an affordable price. The accessory belt will need to be replaced by the next oil change. Front brakes within the next two oil changes. I did replace the battery a few years ago but I cant find the receipt. I don't know how old it is but it still looks new and it test good using my battery tester. I think I covered everything. If you have any questions, please advise. No shipping or delivery available.
