Up for sale is a stock 1949 Ford 2door (Tudor) Coupe. It is a great project car with the original flathead V-8 engine and three speed manual transmission on the column. The body still has the original paint although it does have surface rust. It was last licensed in 1983. The front fenders were removed and media blasted then dents removed and then epoxy primed and now ready for paint. The body is in great overall condition with a few small problems. The hood needs some dent removal , the rocker panels on both sides need replaced , and there is a small dent near the right rear which needs fixed. The frame is in very good condition and the floors do not have rusted through holes. THE FLOORS ARE GREAT!!! Even the trunk does not have rusted through floors. I have all the trim pieces including the window surrounds,headlight rings, radio,heater core etc. The engine will turn over but I have not tried to start it. The wiring is intact along with the original air cleaner, radiator. The chrome bumpers and grill is excellent and I also will include an extra front and rear bumper and extra grill parts. I do also have new trunk lid hinges that go with the car and new tail light lenses. I also have an original Ford ignition cylinder lock and key set. The car rolls and shifts fine but will need to be trailered or transported. It is missing the rear seat frames and the 6 volt battery. This is an excellent project car with very little to make it functional and a "build as you go" car. There is a clean clear Idaho title in my name. I will help load the car for a transporter or customer.
