This unbelievable vehicle started life in Cripple Creek Colorado delivering bread and has thus spent it's entire life in rust free Colorado. The current owner has spent many years restoring it to perfection which has been noted by the Early V8 Ford Club of America having awarded it it's highest honor, The Dearborn Medallion, not once BUT 3 times. It has been awarded it's First Junior & First Senior by the Antique Automobile Club of American and has since been awarded a First Preservation Award. Anyone who has restored an automobile appreciates the dedication needed to achieve this level of excellence. The current owner has labeled the truck in honor of his family's business. The Groswold Ski Company, easily changed if wanted. The pictures tell the whole story as to the quality of this vehicle. Study the photos and ask questions if needed. I am selling this truck for a friend. I will be able to answer most questions but if not the owner & I will get the answer you need. As a side note to those of you that are ski buffs, (you may not want to change the signage). The Groswold Ski Company was started in Denver Colorado in 1932 by the current owner's father. The FIRST Olympic GOLD (Winter Ski) won by an American was won by Gretchen Fraser in 1948, and she was on top of a pair of Groswold Skis !!!!! The vehicle has been shown many times, from the Rocky Mountain Concourse d 'Elegance at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs to the Black Canyon Classic in Montrose Colorado where it was selected Best of Show over almost 200 cars. Although the restoration was finished around 12 years ago it presents itself very well and is ready to be enjoyed for more showing or much more driving since it has been driven very little since completion.
