Vehicle Detail
No reserve above opening bid. 1977 Dodge Adventurer SE Pickup. I can still post a few more pics for any special requests. Body is really nice with the exception of faded paint. Paint is original to the truck so nothing to hide. All glass is good, trim on the sides very nice as well as the bumpers. The grille is not perfect as with most of these but still presentable. Trim was not on tailgate but do have a set to put on as well as a better hood since the one on the truck is fairly weathered. The core support is pretty rusted under the battery tray but it does come with a good replacement core support. Truck runs, does not smoke but doesn't idle well so carb needs some work. Also transmission leaks around pan gasket when sitting but it does work well. Power brakes work, Headlights, tail lights, turn signals, gauges work. It had two tanks but the seat tank was removed before my friend got it. Heater works but A/C would need charged up. It does have a posi track rearend with I believe to be 3.21 or 3.23 gears. This truck had lots of options which include cruise, fender mounted turn signal lights, cargo light, AM/FM Radio, clock, inside hood release and glove box light. The radio does work but the speaker is no good. The floors do need some patch work in the front but solid under seats and around the cab mounts. No rust on the outside where these typically rust like the bottom of doors, fenders and top of wheel wells. Seat is worn but foam in great shape, dash pads faded but not cracked, driver side door panel is fair, passenger panel is not good. I only took pics of one side of the lower fenders, doors and above wheel well but both sides are equally as nice. I do have another set of door panels that are fair from another truck but they are a caramel color and would have to be painted. Originally my friend was going go black inside and on the outside black on top and bottom and silver in the middle. I do have a black glove box door that has a hairline crack on top and a black plastic dash pad that the gauges and bezel mount into I will throw in. Selling for a longtime close family friend. It will drive onto a trailer or hauler and any size truck will be able to pick it up here at my house. Title is clean and clear.
