This is my baby , its titled in my name . I drive it everyday that weather permits . It was in its past life a bootlegger car .Car came from lenoir NC, Which is right next to North Wilkesboro where bootlegging was famous . It has a awesome body and the paint is a 8 out of a 10. The engine is now a 302 and has aluminum edelbrock intake and 600cfm carb. It has been converted to Pertronix Ignition. The car was completly rewired about two years ago . The gas pedal assembly and transmission linkage are made by lokar .It has power steering and front disc brakes (The disc brakes were also added two years ago to the org. straight axle I have the reciept 1,750.00) . It still has the truck steel wheels and the beefed up suspension , it has 7 leaf springs on each side . The interior looks to be a 9 out of 10. The tires are 8 months old . The old man made the hubcaps out of 63 ford galaxie caps . The car also has vintage air heat system only (no ac) . I have had the universal joints ,and axle bearings replaced . This car has its own style , I thought about lowering it then I saw that sitting high was this cars style . I hope you love it as much I do (only reason for sale is doctor bills) I buy and sell all the time , but this was going to be the one i get buried with.
