I'm selling my 2001 BMW 740il. Beautiful car! This is a great smooth ride!This is the "L" model meaning long version, meaning plenty of extra room in the back!We are looking to sell to get an SUV.This BMW is blue with tan leather interior.It has an extended warranty that is transferable. The warranty is good until 2018 and about 70,000 more miles. The warranty does have a year left of payments at about $90 a month. It covers around $3000 for engine, $2000 for transmission, $1500 for differential, $2000 for Heating and A/C, plus more!! It has Michelin Primacy tire that are less than 2 years old with plenty of tread life left. I have aftermarket rims on it currently and have the original rims as well. I have a pictures with both sets on so you can see what they look like. Might be willing to include both sets.Over all it is in good shape. Has about 130,000 miles on it.Has some small rust spots on passenger bottom door. The headliner is falling down and needs redone. Also has a clogged drain for the sunroof that needs the headliner removed to get at. Can be easily fixed when headliner is redone. Cost is about $200.There is a noise coming from the engine that has been diagnosed at as timing chain guide. It is throwing the code P0011. This would need to be fixed asap, warranty will pay $2875 of repair from a repair shop. This is an AS IS auction. I will not be making any of these repairs. Reason they are listed is to be honest about condition.
