Up for sale is a very nice 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertible Pro Tour project. This car has already had all of the hard work completed and includes 99% of its original parts including all the hard to find parts such as the convertible specific trim; here is a list to give you and idea. This original V8 Convertible sits on a new Art Morrison Chassis with Ceramic Coated Guldstrand C4 independent suspension and has an LS1 motor, 4l60e transmission as its power plant. All of the sheet metal work has been completed and done correctly, It has received new floors/trunk, body mounts, quarters and door skins. the rest of the sheet metal is original 100% straight rust free metal. when the quarters were off the inner structure was stripped and epoxied. the body is straight with no warping and ready to get its bodywork. The correct convertible rear seat is there as well as the door panels with the trim; it does not have a front seat. Convertible top mechanism and power top parts are in great shape. There is a Brand New tinted Windshield as well as a brand new Chrome California One Piece Front Bumper The firewall still needs to be set in place after the motor and trans are mocked up which was the next step. There is still a good amount of work that needs to be done but there has also been hundreds of hours in labor and a lot of money to get this car to this point. It is on a great track to becoming a high end show car. I am sure that i have missed something in this description but it will give you a good idea of the car.
