Here is a survivor. This 2 door 98 Regency is exquisite. The car belongs to my friends father. He bought it from the sales manager of the Oldsmobile dealership in 1976 locally. He put 83,000 miles on it in 14 years. He put new tires on it, changed the oil and parked it in a heated garage. It has been in the attached garage at his house for 25 years. He has become very ill. As a result, I am selling it for them. I pushed it out of the garage. I put a battery in it, cleaned out the fuel lines and fuel tank, put in a new fuel filter and new premium fuel. I hit the key and she started right up. It even idles smooth. I put a new radiator in and replaced the master cylinder. I flushed the cooling system as well as the brake system. The results are amazing. I have driven this car twice. About 40 miles total. It runs, drives and stops like new. The tires are 26 years old, but look like new. You can still see the ink between the deep tread. This car is immaculate, (see pictures) The only thing is that since I took it out of storage, the upper rear bumper fillers are cracking. They will need replaced. The vinyl upholstery on the armrest on the drivers door is cracked. You may want new tires since these are new, but 26 years old. It has the rocket 455 with dual exhaust and a turbo 400. It has the original spare, and the spare nor the jack appear to have ever been removed. The heater works great, the A/C could use a charge. The cruise control works perfect, as do the power windows, door locks, electric trunk opener, intermittent wipers and factory AM/FM stereo. This car has the original paint and vinyl top.
