Up for consideration, an excellent running low mileage (for this year) 2001 Chevrolet K3500 4 wheel drive, crew cab dually. Lowered opening bid this one needs some TLC. With regard to full disclosure, I am listing all items that are currently less than perfect at the time of this listing. Please read the entire listing and view all of the pictures before asking questions. · On both sides of the truck around the area below the doors, the running boards are rusting or has rusted through, cab corners are showing surface. · Rear dually fender on the driver side has some damage from my daughter getting to close to a fence post, which also tapped the rear mud flap.· The plastic handle cover on the tailgate is missing and the tail gate has some scratches and minor dent.· The tailgate mechanism is a little sticky, need to be worked and oiled, Minor.· The driver seat had two seam separations that were repaired. · The rear window factory sealant came loose and it was re sealed. · The rear seat center cup holder clip that keeps it closed when not in use is broken. · There is some hail damage on the roof and hood. · Missing driver’s side plastic window visor.· The holding spring in the passenger side mirror is broke, mirror held in place with two cable ties.I have owned this since 2006 and this truck has only been used for the work we needed around our hobby farm with only occasional use for moving horses, hay and the occasional project load of materials. This is the reason for the low miles. Below is the “good”;· 4 wheel drive works perfectly.· 6.0 gas engine has plenty of pulling power and runs excellent.· Recent tires· Recent front brakes, rears are at about 50%· Trans fluid change at 65K under general maintenance, works strong. New alternator· Recent new GM wheel covers, one was broke so I bought a set of them. · 12K frame hitch.· BW Ball over frame mounted gooseneck hitch included.· Mounted to the tailgate, there is a step to enter the rear bed.· Added extended towing mirrors. · Inertia activated Electric brake actuator.· Cloth interior.· Very comfortable Dual 6 way power from seats.· CD and Cassette player· Diamond plate full running boards and mud flaps. · Great heat in the winter and cold AC in the summer.· Tabs good through Feb 2016. This truck runs and operates excellent and is still a very tight truck. Based on the little use over the years, we just don’t use it enough anymore to warrant keeping it around.
