1986 Mustang GT. Saleen body kit 5.0L engine, runs strong, doesn't smoke. Has cold air filter set up. 70mm Edelbrock throttle body and EGR spacer. MSD distributor, coil and wires. Shorty headers, BBK X-pipe and magnaflow mufflers. 5 speed trans with recent royal purple fluid change. B&M short throw shifter. Driveshaft recently rebuilt/rebalanced. 2.73 rear gear (I got 22 mpg highway when I checked it), recent gear lube change. Have a good 3.73 gear that goes with the car as well. 17" Cobra R wheels with BF Goodrich 235/45 ZR17 front and 275/40ZR17 rear tires that have plenty of tread left. BBK lowering spring set and control arms. Offset rack bushings. Street bandit strut tower brace and recent alignment. Welded in sub frame connectors. Has Saleen instrument cluster with 170 mph speedo. Grant steering wheel. Pioneer CD player w/remote and USB port. Pioneer door speakers and 4 JVC 6x9 speakers in rear with two amps. Drivers seat has seat track extenders for tall drivers. Interior is in good shape for being nearly 30 years old. Car is an A/C car, someone took compressor and stuff off. Car supposedly has cruise control, just not connected because of grant steering wheel. Since I've owned the car I've also replaced the window tracks, seals and guide shoes. Replaced the radio, door speakers and both amps. Installed a car alarm with keyless entry and trunk release. Replaced the windshield and rearview mirror. Replaced the drivers seat frame. The door seals and rear hatch seal. Replaced the battery, battery tray and cables. Replaced the pipes out of the x-pipe. Replaced serpentine belt. Changed engine, trans and rear end fluids. The mileage I believe is 149K, previous owner said engine was rebuilt around 110K. It runs well, it ran 14.97 @ 93 the one time I took it to a test and tune at the track. I have a factory rear spoiler with brake lamp to go with car. Also a light car cover. The car has some paint issues on the front and rear fascias, the hood and rear hatch. There is some rust starting at the base of the rear glass and a little bit on the seam line inside of the bottom of the doors. And there is a small dent in the left front fender. I am listing this car before fixing these things to save whomever may buy the car some money. Maybe you can do the work yourselves or know a guy. The car is definitely worth investing in, I just have too many toys and projects and something has to go.
