We were going to restore this sturdy work horse of a truck- it is a solid daily driver. We got it from a couple that had it for the last decade- they did a ton of work. ***The engine completely rebuilt a few years ago/ 40,000 miles ago. Any and every part that can be replaced was done. Work was performed by reputable rebuilder. And all receipts and work orders are on hand- we even have the manual. *** Parts that have been rebuilt/replaced: - New front brakes last month - Starter rebuilt last month -Transmission, clutch and slave cylinder 6yrs ago -Injection Pump rebuilt 2yrs ago -NAPA alternator with lifetime warranty last year -Two heavy duty costco batteries last year -Water Pump 4yrs - New relay 5yrs -Master Cylinder 6yrs -Rotors/bearings/calipers five years ago -Set of four BF Goodrich T/A tires this year -U-Joints last year -Radiator refurbished 1 yr -Fresh oil change, always used delo 400 -Recent fuel and air filter -New fuel hoses(compatible with biofuel) -New oil hoses -EAZ-Lift 2" hitch and trailer wiring. The Bad: Main thing is that interior is rough/raw, but clean. Horn doesn't work Drivers seat needs to be reupholstered Dash lights come on intermittently with no apparent cause.
