Vehicle Detail

Up for sale: 1984 Chevrolet K10 Pickup Truck 4x4. This is a project truck. Here is what I know about it. I bought it from a friend who needed money. He replaced the transmission in it when he owned it. As of right now, the transmission lines appear to be rubber fuel line. The lines are leaking transmission fluid on the ground while running. The pan and other seals look fine. There is a cable that is sitting in my hand in the picture that is not attached, appears to be a transmission kick down cable. The cable is brand new, so it probably never got hooked up correctly. The transmission goes into park, reverse, and drive just fine. It drives down the road, but seems to not want to shift correctly. Probably low on fluid since it leaks, but im sure that cable needs to be hooked up to something. When I bought it, the front driveshaft was making clunking sounds, you could grab it and move it around. It needs u joints, so I removed it so I could drive it around my property to haul bales of hay in back. The 4x4 does work, I tested it prior to removing the front drive shaft. Engine runs great. It starts right up every time. Valve covers appear to be leaky, but I have never noticed oil on the ground or smell when running. Has a brand new battery in it. Power windows and power locks, but they do not work, im guessing they are not hooked up. Heat works, doubt the AC does. Radio is missing. The tires/rims that are on it, I am keeping. The tires/rims laying in the bed, I will mount on the truck. They are dry rotted, but would be fine if used as in town farm truck. I would say the body is in good condition, no dents, very little rust for being a 30 year old truck. Being said, 30 years old. Im going to assume you understand that this truck is not perfect, and I would not drive it home unless you live close. Bring trailer. $500 deposit due at end of bidding. 7 days to pick up the entire truck and pay balance in full, in cash. I do have a video of it running/ going into gear/ oil pressure/ revving it up.
