1949 Chevy 3100 5 windowThis truck is not your average 49 Chevy! you get a idea of what's hiding under the hood by the exhaust dumping out the front fender! the drivetrain is mostly comprised of a Mercedes 5cyl turbo diesel with it's automatic transmission and independent rear end, the front suspension is S10, so it also has 4 wheel disk brakes, and the truck has airride front and rear. has new window rubbers, and good glass all around. has leather bucket seats and center console with cup holders and lots of storage inside. new carpet and custom wood door panels, also has the Mercedes gauges hiding behind the original glass, a tilt columnThe truck tucks 11x17 Torque Thrusts under the rear fenders and 9x17 in the front. The bed has 2 inch widened wheel wells but a full size bed not a short little 1 foot deep bed and still lays on the ground! and the looks way cool with the rear camber! The airride has front and rear up and down, but someone could add more solenoids for more functions, truck also has Halo headlights! the pictures are as the truck was first pulled out of the garage and is missing the taillights and now has some good shake down miles on it! I promise you will not find another truck like this! The Patina is a mix of old and new but has an amazing look to it! This truck runs and drives great! and turns heads!
