1969 Honda CL-450 Scrambler (Not Running Parts Only) No Title Mileage-7285 Condition- For Parts Only or Restore it if you file for a new Title The bike does not run and some rust on it. This bike was found in a barn in Arkansas and I wanted to restore it but I just don't have time. The bike's wheels are locked up and I do not have the key. Also the bike will need a new gas tank as it has rusted through. As you can see the seat is missing as well. Besides that it appears the bike has all the parts.
