If auction gets to $5k+ I will cover $500 of the shipping cost. 1965 VW (1200cc) STAGE COACH Trike EXTRA photos and video upon text request at 407-414-9951. Florida title and antique tagged, but located in my garage in Millinocket, ME 04462; just 12 miles east of I95 and hour north of Bangor. Custom crafted "wooden" STAGE COACH with two opening doors and luggage rack on top. Upgraded rear DISK BRAKES and Brand New Tires! 50 years old but has so many extra cool things that go with it. Has neon tubes underneath, battery knife disconnect, brand new battery trickle charger, brand new still in box musical horn (programmable), many leather storage bags, under seat storage, seat belts, curtains, top luggage rack, custom exhaust, new fire extinguisher still in box, etc. (; Curtains with tassels come down to give you privacy. Rear seat leg cushions come up to provide a small bed. Two 5 gallon buckets of MC instruments, mirrors and parts come with the Trike. Also two front tires on rims and another front fork. Plus a gallon can of matching paint. Twin fuel tanks with custom biker gas caps. Numerous rear tail lights and even two electric rear Lanterns. Also comes with a Custom Tow Bar that goes into a truck receiver to lift the front end and tow with rear wheels down. Addition 14 feet towing light set that fit into a 4 way 12 volt tow vehicle plug come with it. You can see the set up for towing in the photo. Stereo speakers mounted in the ceiling with antique stereo cassette. I would replace with a CD player ASAP. Comes with a brand new collapsible lug wrench and 2 collapsible wheel chocks. This is a standard VW shifter with 4 forward speeds and one reverse located on floor board along with clutch on left and brake on right. Throttle is on right handlebar grip. 5 extra leather storage bags hanging all over along with leather tassels make this really Western. The programmable horn has the theme from "The Lone Ranger"! Box of brand new valve cover seals, oil strainer and drain plug seals provided. New fuel filter installed and foam air cleaner cleaned. Engine starts right up when battery knife switch engaged so starter works. This is a ONE OF A KIND. Makes a neat advertiser if sitting in front of a business. Great for parades speed so it can sit 9 people and has seat belts for 4..... Driver and back bench with 3 belts. Best on highway with two adults and maybe two small children to reduce weight on old 1200 cc engine. Pleases do NOT bid if your not serious. This is pickup only. I towed it with the current set up 355 miles with no problems; so I could get it to Maine and put new tires on it and rear up dated brakes. I took this Trike around my small town at night with the neon tubes on; so COOL. I also took it for breakfast during the day and had a hard time getting into the restaurant due to everyone stopping me to ask questions. This would be great to park in front of a Business for Advertising!!! This is a OLD "Custom" Stage Coach with the body of wood double wall construction. Custom made with an eye to detail and longevity. Extra heavy duty flooring with a metal spine and framing. NO warranty expressed or implied. No Inspection, come see for your self before you bid. I have too may toys and not enough time to play. Old VW engine could use a few newer caskets and O rings to keep the oil leakage down. But these gaskets are easy to obtain and quite a few new ones are being included in the sale. I would not take this touring till all the gaskets are new and everything is tight. Just use it around town till then! Stage Coach is 13' 3" long, 6 foot wide and 7' 1" tall. Use these to estimate shipping cost. Average cost half way across the USA thru U Ship is about $500.
