The engine had the timing belt and water pump replaced at 95K and showed very little wear. The entire drive train is in excellent condition and I would go cross country without reservations. This car has not had any modifications other than the Sirius/CD radio. I also have the original radio. Mechanically this is the best built year for E30 autos. The original driver seat leather is worn and seat covers are on the front seats. The rear bench was reupholstered 2 years ago. I am a retired mechanic and performed all PM religiously on this car for the last 20 years. I am the 2nd owner of this car. The top is six years old and has never known rain but has 2 small pinholes that can easily be repaired to invisibility. The rear window is very viewable. It has a proximity car alarm that secures it with the manual top down. This is a vintage, collectible car that runs like new and is very close to show condition!
