I'm moving to Germany in a month and this car doesn't have the clearance to pass their strict safety inspection (3" clearance... needs 4.5"). I've been thinking about selling the car anyway (not enough time to drive it lately), so figured if I could sell it before the move and avoid the hassle with shipping/inspections, that would be ideal. If I don't get a reasonable offer, I'll just go ahead and ship it. Car is sold as-is. NOTE: I put this up for $13K on other sites... decided (against my better judgement) to open at $10K at request of new wife (she really doesn't want it in Germany). In-person inspections are welcome. Shop inspections are at your cost. Carfax - (available upon request) PARTS -Active Autowerke Supercharger -Eibach Sport Springs (~1.5" lower. 3" ground clearance) -Bilstein Rear Shocks-Meyle HD Rear Shock Mount Kit -Rogue 18mm wheel spacers (front) -UUC 25mm wheel spacers (rear) -Short-shifterOTHER-Supercharger rebuilt w/ ceramic bearings -3.73 differential swap (still have original 3.23) QUIRKS -needs new rear tires -Handles are finicky on both sides (have to lift them up to open the door) -Soft-top is dead (motor?). Can still operate manually -DSC light doesn't come on when disabled (fuse?) -airbag light on permanently? -front bumper has slight damage from low-speed impact w/ tow hook -soft-top leaks a little (15 year old seals) OTHER -air filter (K&N) is positioned low/exposed (behind front brake-duct)... I don't drive it in the rain. -as mentioned, diff is 3.73. at 80mph it's 4k on the tach (not ideal for the autobahn)On Jun-19-15 at 05:04:10 PDT, seller added the following information: Additional items I forgot to mention: -There are 3 slight creases in the passenger side door... I hardly notice them anymore, as they're not too visible... I'll try to post pics shortly. -Started the car today and there is a slight sound when the clutch is depressed.
