Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes are only charged when a 30 day temporary tag is to be issued. Any tax paid in Florida by an out of state resident will be given proper documentation that will enable the buyer to get COMPLETE CREDIT for the tax paid in THEIR home state. We will charge either our tax of 6% or your tax if lower than 6%. If your tax is higher than 6% then you will pay the difference in your home state when you go to register your vehicle.
