The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a gorgeous looking 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon with the third row seat. This Mercedes is in beautiful condition with 135,917 miles, and has been very well treated and maintained. All of the power and convenience equipment in this Mercedes has been checked, tested and are working except the headrests. All of the windows, door locks, mirrors, seats, and sunroof are working properly including the air conditioning, which is nice and cold. This E320 runs and drives very beautifully, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. The engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The owner installed a full set of Michelin tires which are all showing good tread. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The oil & filter and air filter were just changed and this Mercedes is ready for pickup and immediate use. The White exterior of this E320 is in terrific condition. The paint has beautiful brilliance and gloss over the entire body. Both of the bumpers and all of the lower moldings are in perfect condition without any scrapes or scratches. There isn’t any body rust on this car at all, and the undercarriage is clean and in excellent condition. The interior is crisp, clean and in fabulous condition. All of the seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is super clean and fluffy throughout this car. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).
