Well I'm sure no expert on Ford Broncos, but this is one I knew of sitting idle and in storage for a couple of years. This is what I would call a "Barn Find". The previous owner was in the process of changing a u-joint and then got side-tracked, and never put it back in. This Bronco is Just how I received it, (drive shaft is out of the vehicle). It is pretty dirty and could use some cleaning and attention to detail. Although I listed the title as "clear" in the title block... I have no title as the previous owner lost it, and physically can not replace it. (so please don't ask). The vehicle is free and clear. You should check with your state about the rules for getting a new title.If getting a title scares you, or you are not mechanically inclined, then this ford may not be for you. This Bronco is sure not perfect but Is almost 100% rust free. It has 114,000 miles on it. It has been upgraded to Disc brakes up front, as well as a 4 speed transmission. The tires are close to new and the paint would shine up well if you spent the time. The wheels look kind of silly, but were popular in their day.The interior is very nice, but dirty from sitting idle. With the exception of the driveshaft sitting in the back, this bronco was running and driving just fine when last parked. This vehicle will require whatever sitting idle for 2 years may dictate (u-joint, fresh fuel, battery etc.). This vehicle could be up and going again in very short order. Please see my photos and ask any question before bidding. The original owners manual is in the glove box. My opening bid is $7,500.00 with no reserve. This Bronco is well over 40 years old and being sold "as-is". I would much rather you plan for the worst, and hope for the best, than be dissapointed in anyway.Now... all this having been said... I cant imagine finding a lower mileage or a more un-molested Ford Bronco like this for the price. This bronco is 99.9% rust free, and these are hard to find. (not all rusted-out). If I don't sell it "as- is", I will get a title for it.. and get it all serviced-up and running again, and re-list it accordingly. I reserve the right to end the auction early due to a local bronco collector who is trying to buy it. (trying to get the money)?I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was, when it came my way.
