Up for bid, my 1963 Single Cab. I have recently finished restoring it and it's ready for the road. I've driven it around town and she is ready to go! It has new front floors, new front load bed, new cargo floors, new inner and outer rockers on both sides, new battery tray, and a new driver's lower dogleg. The paint is the factory Turquoise in a single stage urethane. It is a nice paint job but isn't perfect, it does have a few minor flaws and it has some orange peel, but it is still better then a lot of buses out there and it has a nice shine to it. The Bumpers, Rims, and Emblem are Silver White, like factory, also single stage urethane. It is a very nice bus but it is not a show bus, you can see welds from underneath. The passenger door handle is the original and the spring feels great but there is a scuff mark on it. The rear load bed and the inside of the gates have a few dents. She was made to drive, not buff and trailer. The engine is a rebuilt Stock 1600 Single Port with a rebuilt 30 Pict 2 German Solex carburetor. It has a New Alternator, New 009 Distributor, Coil, Plugs, Plug Wires, and Starter. The Transaxle has a new gasket set as well. It shifts smooth and does not pop out of any gears. The reverse lock out does not always work for some reason. It has the Big Small nut axles with the later gearing in the reduction boxes, 19 teeth on the drive gear and 24 on the axle gear making them 1.26. The brakes are also the larger, 64-67 year brakes. There is POR15 covering the battery tray, front floors, and weld areas. The heat is connected and works with the knob in the cab. Pictures were taken before I had the wipers installed, it now has the safari adapters and with the new 12 volt motor installed, they work great. The dome light and horn button works! This is pretty much a new truck, it has many new parts and is converted to 12 Volt.
