I do not know the whole history on the car, the gentleman I bought the car from imported it from Seattle Washington. I originally bought it to restomod but changed my mind when I saw how original the car was and how well it ran once I got it started. This car could either be used as is or could be restored very easily. Everything is on the car including the am radio. The car does not appear to have been in any accidents, it has minor dings in a few places and has what i would guess an older paint job. Repair was done to the drivers door at some point and the color is a little off. I do not know porsches very well but I do know this is a car that should be left to someone who would like to restore it to its original beauty. I have driven the car in the area that I live in and it starts right away, shifts smoothly through the gears 5 speed, and handles very well. When shifting in and out of the reverse gear you need to do it slowly other wise there will be a slight grind. Previous owner had the clutch replaced and had all the seals redone on the car so when the car is parked there is virtually no drips on the floor. It reads 96024 which translates to Silver Metallic. I also have the original bottle jack, side jack, wheel wrench and a couple of other tools along with the original owners manual.
