The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2007 Mini Cooper with the automatic transmission and 63,518 miles. It also has the leather interior, panoramic power sunroof, and side air bags and curtains. We have both sets or keys/remotes, and all of the glove box manuals. All of the power equipment in this Mini has been checked and is working properly including the air conditioning and sunroof. This Mini runs and drives beautifully. It has been very well treated and maintained, and is in excellent condition in all respects. The engine runs strong and smoothly. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The tires are showing good tread and there are new brake pads. The oil & filter and the air filter were also replaced this week. There aren't any warning or service lights on, and this Mini is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Mini looks great. The Chili Red finish with Black striping is a great color combination, and the paint is nice and glossy. The only flaws are some bumper rub marks and nicks or minor imperfections in the front. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition as well. All of the molding, flares and bumpers are in excellent condition without any damage. The interior of this Mini is crisp, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather surfaces are soft and supple. The seats are in excellent condition and the carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. We have the clear title in hand. This is a great looking and excellent running car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this Mini anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
