For sale is a 2000 Volkswagen Passat GLS V6 with 228k miles. Motor runs great and has been very well maintained. Motor runs quietly and transmission shifts smoothly. An oil change was done every 2k miles. Vehicle has new tires that cost over $500, new spark plugs, new brake pads and rotors in the front and rear, new alternator, and belts. Car is fully loaded with working power windows, power locks, heated seats, cruise control, abs, and 6 disc cd player. Leather interior, NO RUST, garage kept, and near flawless paint job. There is a check engine light on for oxygen sensor(s) and there is a crack in the windshield that has not spread in years from first impact. There is a check brake pad light on which is a faulty sensor. The transmission shifts like new, but there is a reverse issue because sometimes when shifting into reverse it will not engage right away. Sometimes if you wait a few seconds it will then engage or if you shift to drive and then back to reverse it will fix the issue. Overall the body is in great condition, but there are some minor scratches, small ding on driver side, some scuffs in rear, and passenger side rear door was replaced. The car is a GREAT runner. Great on gas and great in the snow... Car is for sale AS-IS. Comes with a clear title.
