Hello, What you are looking at here today has been a member of our family for a number of years. It is a 2003 Mercedes Benz 3500, 15 passenger window van. This van has dutifully carried our whole extended family (sons, daughters, grandchildren) on many wonderful family trips. We live here in Atlanta area and we have used van for trips to the mountains, seaside, Florida for Disney cruises. Everyone fit and we were all together and enjoying our family times (from squalling babies, to watching countless Barbie videos) this van has served us well over the years. It NEVER left us stranded and always had plenty of Heat or Air conditioning whichever we needed. We have a large factory where we build handicap vans and I am a 45 year collector car guy so we know vehicles and how to maintain them. This Sprinter has always had whatever it needed and the oil changed religiously. If you know anything about Sprinters, you will know that 2003 was the last year you could get a 15 passenger model. From then on they took out a row of seats for some reason leaving only 12 and not enough for our family. I found this Sprinter a number of years ago from it's original owner who ferried groups from south Georgia to an alligator farm in Florida. The van even had a picture of a huge alligator on each side (which my grand kids loved but wife was not so happy about so it had to go). It has been always a long haul road vehicle and all the miles are highway miles. It runs great, starts every time , uses NO oil, and has virtually new radial tires (6 of them). I would not hesitate to drive this Sprinter anywhere and have never had any problems with it. It's dual Air Conditioning blows Ice cold and does not need to be recharged yearly (no leaks). It gets about 20 mpg when cruising at 70mph. Cruise control works fine. Seats are clean and even driver seat is still in good shape. This vehicle would never be for sale but increasing size of our extended family now will not allow everyone to fit anymore in it. They all have to drive their minivans to meet up with us at our destination. There is plenty of life left in this van and it will serve you well whether you have a church group, large family, a business that carries people or anything else that you need the room and dependability of this 5 cyl turbo diesel workhorse. The body is still nice as it has always lived under it's own carport. The is a small scrape on drivers side fender top (I admit, I did that) plus there is a stone break in bottom of windshield. Van needs nothing else but a new owner to love it as we have. It can been seen and driven at our factory in the Atlanta area or you can have someone come look at it for you. I will answer anything I can if you just ask. These window vans are hard to find and especially a reasonably priced one, so if this is something you need, do not Miss this one. As you can see from my feedback, I describe my vehicles honestly.
