My elderly mother can no longer drive her Trans Am, so I am attempting to find a buyer for it for her - she has a clear title, but hasn't driven the car for about a year and it has been sitting in her driveway. It is a rare model and had the biggest engine - limited edition Trans Am, with about 60,000 miles - she had regular maintenance on it until her health declined. I will outline everything I know to need some attention - the paint is peeling on the hood - I took a picture; the clutch needs to be repaired/replaced; the tires are flat and after sitting so long will need to be replaced; and the headlight motor makes some noise - may need some maintenance. Aside from that, everything was running fine as of last year - the interior and exterior are in otherwise good shape - never been in any accidents, and had been well taken care of. Someone who is handy with cars could do a lot/make a lot with this vehicle - the starting bid is only about 10% of what it is worth with everything fixed - she can't drive it anymore and just wants it out of the driveway. I will be happy to show it to anyone in the area that wants to stop by and take a look - near Manchester, NH - or I can take more pics if someone is interested and can't see it firsthand. UPDATE: Sorry, stopped by to take some more pics and forgot a couple of features - it is a T-top, and has the WS.6 Performance Package. On May-09-15 at 15:13:56 PDT, seller added the following information: I checked with my mom and it is actually a Formula - basically very similar to Trans Am except lighter and marginally better. Also, it has Ram Air, and has less than 60,000 miles - though she didn't remember how much less, and the battery is dead so I can't tell - but definitely under 60K. I am not a car guy, but I have tried to list everything accurately - I can't change the title to say "Firebird Formula" - but it is - take care.
