On May-04-15 at 11:44:53 PDT, seller added the following information: To answer a couple questions that I've been asked, but don't seem to have posted: Why is there a lien? The lien is just that I have a loan on the car, so the bank has the title as a lien holder. Once the auction closes I will turnover the car, keys, everything along with a bill of sale. The proceeds from the auction will pay off lien and the bank will have DMV send a clear title. I will FedEx clear title to you upon receipt and the transaction is complete. I hope that answers the question. Really the only difference with a lien is the title takes a week or two depending on the DMV, otherwise no difference. Why are you selling? I recently purchased another vehicle and don't have a need for 3 vehicles. Have you had any issues with the car? No. Just routine maintenance and having the recalls completed. I've never had any problems with any of the issues that the car has been recalled for. I've just gone in and had it complete. Do you have the maintenance records?Yes.
