I bought it in 2004 with 1,800 miles on it as a CPO from a Honda dealer in Bellevue, WA. They wholesaled it from Wisconsin. Carfax says minor accident before I got it, but I went over it with the service manager when I bought it, including up on a lift, and we could find no evidence. The good: 9,103 miles on 3/28/2015. Always garaged, almost never in the rain (no rain since 2004), the condition is still “new”. Completely original (including tires!) except iPod to CD Changer adapter and rear speakers. Battery replaced about 4 years ago with OEM Honda.No curb rash on wheels. Includes all keys, remotes, original window sticker, and records including every gas fill-up. Includes cover for top when down and optional Honda alarm (installed). The bad: - In December 2012, at about 7,700 miles my car was “knifed” - like keyed, but through the cover. Ive included pictures of the cover to show how thorough a job the vandal did. Everywhere the cover is cut, the car is scratched. They missed the bumpers and trunk but hit every other body panel, including cutting the convertible top; the tear is about 4” long. The smiley face on the hood was a nice touch. I bought the car to keep forever and since it happened it still makes me sick to look at it. Frankly, from a distance it looks new. You have to get up close to see the scratches since it was a sharp knife. I couldn’t bring myself to fully repaint the like-new factory finish. - Small chip in windshield. Happened 10 years ago (the day I bought it) and has not grown. - There are 3 little dents - trunk, hood, drivers rear fender - the kind you only see if you’re at just the right angle - please check the photos.
