1956 “American Graffiti” T-Bird (similar to car in “American Graffiti movie). Purchased by the Embassy of Venezuela in Washington, D.C. Original invoice $2,991.67 VIN P6FH331231. I purchased it from owner who had the car 39 years. He had data plate restorations in 1976 and 2008. (Receipts for both restorations available.) 312 Special V-8, automatic. PW, PS, Supplemental electric fan and fuel pump. New Coker tires, original porthole top, original convertible top (new canvas), tonneau cover, car cover, $10,000 recently spent with South Florida T-Bird Club guru mechanic (name and phone number available). He added new, very cold A/C, rebuilt electrical system, and did all needed mechanical work, fuel pump new brakes, new shocks and leaf springs, etc. Original T&C radio converted to AM/FM. Non smoker. I have never driven it on wet streets. Always kept garaged. Car drives like a rocket ship. Deep Throat. I am retiring from classic car ownership. A very special T-Bird. Reduced to $39,900.
