Up for no reserve auction is my very beautiful 1983 Mercedes 300D Turbo Diesel. Very rare Mocha Brown color. Sold new to a Salinas resident, it still lives just 15 miles from there in Monterey. No rust. It’s been in the garage most of it’s life as evident by the original dash not having any cracks in it. The condition of this car is just short of amazing. It’s getting hard to find really nice original ones like this, these truly were the last of the “Good” Mercedes, the ones that were built to last forever. Runs and drives great, the tires and front brakes are new. 180K miles on a working odometer. I have seen ones with over 500K still running good. Also has a new Stereo system.
