Hello Ford people, for sale is a 1947 Ford Pickup truck with a flathead 6 clyinder, truck is complete, been sitting in a climate controled warehouse for 8 years and finally it was decided that we will never have time to restore it, to many other projects in front of it so its time to go to someone who will restore it or turn it into a custom rodder... The truck has been sitting for 8 years, we drove it into the warehouse with soft brakes and parked it in a corner where we removed all the wiring to get it ready for a painless wiring harness that we purchased and is still in the box, of course it goes with the truck along with a new directional light switch.. Tires are weather checked but hold air, original drive line still in the truck, no modifications to drive line was done to my knowledge, it all works as i said we drove it into the warehouse.. The truck comes with a new carburetor that we purchased because the gentlemen we purchased it from said it needed a new one although it ran fine to us but of course the new carb goes with it.. The truck was purchased in Tennessee and trailered back to sanford florida, we will give you a bill of sale for the truck there is no title due to the age.. This is a solid truck for its 68 year old age, we just put in a bed this week to fill the back instead of looking at the bottomless bed that we looked at for 8 years... All glass is good, window roll up and down doors all work easily ... The parts needed to restore this truck are real easy to find, chrome trim, brand new bed sides, fenders all easy to find and at good prices, this is a easy restoration project if you have time.... we just dont have the time!! Some people turn these into advertizement vehicles, with there name on the side and are taken to car shows or just parked on the side of the road to catch peoples attention, and it works!!
